You pay when it is in your hand.
Every AIVOR ONE order is cash on delivery inside Pakistan. No card, no advance, no deposit — the courier collects the price of the wallet when the parcel reaches you.
What happens after you order
- We call you. A person calls the number on the order to confirm the address and the delivery charge. If the number does not answer, we hold the parcel rather than ship it blind.
- We dispatch it after that call, in the courier's own sealed satchel with the AIVOR box inside.
- You get a tracking number on your order page, so you can follow the parcel with the courier directly.
- The courier comes to the door. Keep the number you ordered with switched on; a missed call is the usual reason a parcel goes back.
- You pay in cash at the door. If the parcel arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, refuse it — you are not charged for a parcel you refuse — and tell us the same day.
How long it takes
We do not publish a fixed number of days. Delivery time depends on the courier network and on your city, and your order page shows the tracking number and the status as the parcel moves. If you need the wallet by a particular date, call +92 326 1860088 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Charges
The price on the product page is the price of the wallet. Delivery charges are confirmed with you on the confirmation call, before dispatch.
If you refuse a parcel
Refusing a COD parcel you no longer want is your right and costs you nothing. What helps us is telling us on the confirmation call instead of at the door — one call saves a two-way courier fee.
