PRIVACY POLICY
What we hold, and why.
This page describes exactly what aivor.pk collects when you browse, order or create an account. It describes the system as it is today, and makes no promises about practices we do not have.

Who we are
AIVOR is a sole proprietorship trading as AIVOR, operating the website aivor.pk from Showroom 6, First Floor, Sahiwal Galleria, Brand Road, Fateh Sher Colony, Sahiwal 57000, Pakistan. Telephone +92 326 1860088.
What we collect
- When you orderName, mobile number, city, delivery address, the items you chose, and any note you add
- When you create an accountYour email address and a password stored only as a salted hash — we never see the password itself
- When you browseAn anonymous session identifier, the page path, and whether you added to cart, opened checkout, completed an order or hit an error
- When you contact usWhatever you tell us on the phone or on WhatsApp
Browsing statistics carry no name, no email, no phone number and no IP address stored against a session. Form contents, passwords and order links are never recorded in them.
Why we use it
- Order handlingTo confirm, pack and deliver what you asked for, and to answer you when something goes wrong
- DeliveryYour name, mobile and address are given to the courier carrying your parcel
- Fraud and returns controlTo spot repeated refused or undeliverable cash-on-delivery orders
- Improving the siteAggregate counts of which pages are used and where checkout fails

Payment information
Orders are currently paid in cash to the courier on delivery. AIVOR does not receive, process or store card numbers, bank credentials or wallet PINs. When online payment is enabled it will be handled entirely by the approved payment provider on the provider's own page; card details are entered there and are not stored on aivor.pk's servers.
Cookies and browser storage
aivor.pk sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your bag and, if you sign in, your session are kept in your own browser's local storage — they stay on your device and are cleared when you sign out or clear site data. The only cookie on the domain belongs to the private staff control room, which customers never visit.
Who we share it with
The delivery courier, for the purpose of delivering your parcel; the payment provider, once online payment is live; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell customer data and we do not hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and tax purposes. Browsing statistics are kept as daily aggregate counts for up to 400 days, and the anonymous session identifiers behind them are dropped after 30 days. Account details stay until you ask us to close the account.
Your choices
Call or message +92 326 1860088 and you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account and its personal data deleted. Orders that must be retained for tax records are the only exception, and we will tell you when that applies.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Staff access to orders is password-protected and limited, and the private control room requires two-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if you ever suspect a problem, call us on the number above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting live orders will be communicated to the contact details on those orders.
