The terms of a purchase.
These terms apply to aivor.pk and to every order placed through it. They are written to match how the shop actually operates today.

The seller

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order becomes binding when we confirm it with you by telephone. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave, we hold the parcel rather than dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order where the details cannot be verified, where a number has repeatedly refused cash-on-delivery parcels, or where the item is unavailable — in which case nothing is charged.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are the price displayed on the product page at the time you order. Payment is cash on delivery. Any delivery charge is agreed with you on the confirmation call before the parcel is dispatched and is shown on the order. When online payment is enabled it will be processed by the approved payment provider, and that provider's own terms will apply to the transaction.
Delivery
Dispatch, courier handling and delivery attempts are described on the Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
These are set out on the Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Because every case is settled with the customer directly, that page explains how to raise one rather than publishing a blanket window.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge from your order page until the parcel is handed to the courier. Once it is with the courier, call +92 326 1860088 and we will try to bring it back before delivery.
Your responsibilities
Give a correct name, mobile number and address, keep the phone reachable around the delivery window, and inspect the parcel before paying the courier.
Our content
The AIVOR name, monogram, photography, film and text on this site belong to AIVOR. They may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Press use is covered on the Press page.
Privacy
What we hold and why is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered and paid for, and for our own acts and omissions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. Nothing here removes rights you have under Pakistani law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Sahiwal.
Changes
These terms may change as the shop changes; the date at the top shows the current version. The version in force when you ordered is the one that applies to that order.
